Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account and use Offer Koi. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

User Registration
Users are required to register using a valid mobile number verified through OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities performed under your account.

User Roles
Offer Koi provides services for:
Customers
Browse and redeem available offers.
Shop Owners
Create, manage, and promote business offers.
Freelancers
Complete activities, earn and redeem reward points.

Offer Listings
Shop Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, validity, pricing, and availability of their published offers. Offer Koi only provides the platform and is not responsible for any disputes between customers and businesses.

Reward Points
Freelancers may earn reward points through eligible activities available within the platform.
Are non-transferable.
Have no cash value.
May be redeemed only according to Offer Koi policies.
May expire or be cancelled if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Provide false or misleading information.
Publish fake or fraudulent offers.
Misuse reward points or promotional campaigns.
Attempt unauthorized access to the application.
Upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Payments
Certain services, including premium or featured offer listings, may require payment. All applicable charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property within Offer Koi are the property of Live Technologies Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Account Suspension
Offer Koi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be involved in fraudulent activities, fake offers, misuse of the platform, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability
Offer Koi acts only as a technology platform connecting customers, shop owners, and freelancers. We are not responsible for the quality of products or services, offer fulfillment, pricing disputes, or transactions between users and businesses.

Changes to the Terms
Live Technologies Ltd. may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published within the application, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
